The existing building was completely gutted and redone approximately 2008 from a large older home. The apartment has the original wood flooring, washer and dryer, central heat and air, on site parking and trash service. Entrance to this unit is on the front porch. We have just put a new roof on the front porch. The old roof has caused some damage on the porch. The porch will be repainted in the spring along with the front of the building. Sewer charge is $20.00 per month and recycling is $5.00 per month. Owner provides trash pick up. Tenant is responsibility for gas, electric and water bills. Lease is one year. No Smoking allowed.
