Taylor St is a quiet road, which runs up to the "Minturn Mile" ski trail. There are houses on one side, and open views to grassy hills on the other side. The house has 3 decks, so one can sit outside and enjoy a quiet cocktail. Owner pays water and sewer fees. Other utility charges. At 1368 sq ft, this unit occupies 70% of the total square footage of the structure, and the tenant(s) are responsible for 70% of such charges. Street parking is available. A modest pet deposit is charged. Tenants are responsible for all snow removal.
