Single level duplex unit with 2 bedroom, 1 bath, living, kitchen and dining open concept with wood floors, range and fridge, laundry hook-ups and window unit is a heat/cool unit. The monthly rental price does include a minimum, $25.00 water usage charge. Should Tenant's monthly water usage exceed $25.00, Tenant agrees to pay any overage amount. No Section 8. Owner must approve all pets. Owner's pet fee requirement (if pets are approved): $200 non-refundable pet fee & $200 refundable pet deposit due at leasing, and the rent will increase $25 extra per month, per pet.
