A separate side entrance lends privacy. Owner's guest room and home office occupy the first floor of the building. The newly remodeled (2022) flat consists of five rooms : Laundry/storage room, an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with a full bed) and a bathroom with a shower (no tub). Each bedroom has a new hybrid mattress, its own closet and dresser. Linens and towels provided. New top of the line appliances throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has a Bosch induction range, Miele dishwasher, Liebherr refrigerator, a microwave and disposal. We are very respectful of our tenants' privacy and can be as hands on or off as you need. We can offer plenty of recommendations on restaurants, activities, sightseeing, shopping, and day trips. A few things to note: this is an urban environment so you will hear neighbors, sirens, the restaurant next door, etc. Please no smoking or pets. The courtyard between the owner's home and the rear building is solely for owner's use. Twelve month lease with a renter option to terminate with 30 days notice. In essence it is a month to month lease.
