This apartment is the west side of a single story duplex with its own house number (2212), associated with the following property as listed on Zillow: 2202-2212 Wheeler Ave., Colorado Springs, Colorado 80904 (for more pictures). The floor plan of both east and west units are mirror images of each other, and are separated by two oversized single-car garages with attached, and heated, laundry rooms. The 2 apartments do not share a common wall (the garages do). The east side unit (2202) is currently leased. The west side (2212) is available (please note that a No Pet lease is required). 2212 (like 2202) has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one is part of the master bedroom).
