Water and Pest Control included in the rent. Sorry, no pets. First months rent and two security deposits required at move in. Combined monthly income of all applicants must be at least 3 times the monthly rental amount. The Application Fee of $70.00 plus $5.00 processing fee per adult applicant is non-refundable.
