Pet $30/month additional rent and $500 pet fee, must have renters' insurance with a dog. Monthly rent is $1800.00 and $1800.00 deposit. Tenant pays all utilities and is responsible for yard maintenance. Background & credit check fee of $45. Minimum requirements: 1. No acts of violence arrests in the last 7 years. No drug manufacturing, delivery, or sex related convictions of any kind. 2. No history of bankruptcy or late payments in the past 2 years, no unpaid delinquencies (liens, judgments, collections, foreclosures, etc), no history of eviction in the last 4 years, and no unpaid eviction judgements. 3. Monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent or qualifying subsidy.
