TMC, St. Joseph's are all within 10 minute drive. No pets allowed. No smoker allowed. Lease term flexible, preferably 6 months -1 year, rent will vary slightly based on length of stay. Only ONE resident per lease period. Guest policy: overnight guests are allowed for no more than 7 nights/calendar month. If overnight stay exceeds 7 nights/month, landlord may proceed to either terminate the tenancy due to breach of contract OR increase monthly rent for the premise by $500 for each occupant other than the tenant. All prospective renters must complete a rental application and the Zillow rental application online. Renter will also be required to provide the most recent three pay stubs from current employ prior to signing the lease.
