Lots of windows, light, mountain views, and high ceilings in the living room. There are four townhomes in this corner building, each with a private street level entrance. There is no condo overhead. The condo is fully furnished with 750 sq ft on two floors. Enter at street level (no underground) for bedroom, bath, and laundry room. Upstairs is living room, kitchen, and bathroom with outside deck including a weber gas grill. There is one off street assigned parking space for a car. Everything you will need in a cozy Aspen condo to enjoy the ski season! Ski Season Rental: Minimum rental of two consecutive months required. An optional third month is available. Dates are flexible. Available anytime between December 1, 2023 and April 30, 2024. 2 people max, no pets, and no smoking (of any kind). Rent is $8,000 per month. Rent is non-refundable and due at signing. $4,000 security deposit due on move in.
