Conveniently located within 2 miles of a CVS, Walgreens, Dollar General, Publix, a post office, and several restaurants. Crescent Beach only a 10 minute drive and historic downtown St. Augustine only a 15 minute drive. Local beaches known for being clean, quiet, and allow for dogs on a leash and on-beach driving, fishing, and more! Rental fees include electricity, water, and high-speed internet. Rent is for month to month, but is negotiable if there is a need for a longer stay. Smoking indoors, drugs, and parties/events are strictly prohibited. All guests must be accounted for on guest list. Visitors who are not on the guest list are not permitted on the property without prior approval of the host. Quiet time after 9:00 pm - please respect our neighbors. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Pets must be approved by host prior to finalizing reservation. Pets must be crated when not under direct supervision. Pets are to be cleaned up by owner (inside and outside) by checkout. Pet owner is financially responsible in case of any damage to property. Surveillance cameras are at all entrances of the house in plain sight. Tampering with surveillance cameras is strictly prohibited.
