In 1980, Henry Turley purchased The Gilmore, an apartment building constructed in the 1930s. Sitting at the intersection of Madison and McLean, in the vibrant heart of Midtown, the location is simply too good to pass up. The Levitt Shell, Memphis Zoo, Brooks Museum, Memphis College of Art, Overton Square, and some of the areas best bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The building features fully restored 1930?s architecture and modern amenities. Although the building has largely been kept as it was, including built-in armoires and bookshelves, as well as hardwood and terrazzo floors, we are always making improvements and upgrading features inside the apartments and common areas. The Gilmore offers one and two bedroom floor plans.
