This unit is located on the first floor of the building. This unit is available for an immediate move in! Tenants are responsible for their electricity, heat and water through the City of Ames and Alliant Energy. We include 3 parking spots with rent. Dogs and cats are allowed at this property. They require a non-refundable deposit of $250 and $50 pet rent per month. Pets MUST be approved by management before moving in. One pet permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with management. When applying, we require all tenants who plan to reside in the unit to submit their own applications. All applications must be submitted together.
