This is a large 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment near Columbus State University. Each unit is over 1000 sf and includes water, trash and lawn services. We also include monthly pest control. The units are large and spacious. There are 4 buildings on this expansive lot and each building has 8 units. This available unit is in our C building. Each unit includes refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Washer and Dryer hookups are included but we do not provide the appliances. The internet/cable service is available from WOW. There is a private parking lot only for the tenants at this project. We are looking for a one year lease. In some circumstances we would consider a shorter term. Pets are not allowed but considered on a case-by-case basis and there is an additional deposit and rent required for pets. We require an online application through our preferred website, verification of employment, income and past rental experience. We will check credit. We do not always base our decision on the score and in some cases are willing to extend a lease to someone with poor credit by having an extra deposit.
