LaGrange is a growing community with a new Publix anchored strip center and a Chic-Fil-A outparcel among other tenants that will be opening in Fall 2023. There is also a new luxury apartment complex, Prose LaGrange, which will be a 315 unit apartment complex all located within a mile of the restaurant. It was recently announced that the land to build a new Remington plant, which will employee over 850 people, has been purchased from the Development Authority and will start construction soon. Also located near West Point Lake, a 25,864 acre lake, which hosts several large yearly events including Dragon Boat Races, Fishing tournaments, a mega ramp and will be home to the new Oakfuskee Conservation Center when it opens in December 2023.
