1 month of free rent with occupancy on or before 2/1/24, applied to the second month's rent! Application is free until 1/31/24. Income requirement is 3 times the rent. No evictions within the last 5 years. Background check will be performed on all applicants. $25 monthly residents benefit package, and $15 monthly for trash added to monthly invoice. Renters insurance required, or can be obtained through landlord at $15.50 per month. If there are pets: Non refundable pet deposit $300 per pet. Re-occurring pet fee $25 per month per pet. Pet fees are if applicable. 2 pet maximum. No aggressive dog breeds. It's about $2800 to move in including first months rent for most applicants unless pet fees apply. Room measurements are approximate and should be verified.
