This apartment is gorgeous, and I love living here! The amenities are perfection, the staff are attentive and always accessible, and pet friendly. Subletting apartment for the remainder of my lease ending June 15th 2024; however, tenant may renew the lease upon request. Utilities are tenant's responsibility (I have Duke Energy and Xfinity apps which are reliable and reasonable). The water/sewage is included in the monthly rent as is Valet trash (door to door) and Luxe package services (secures packages to ensure valid delivery to all residents). Pets are allowed, and there is an onsite dog park just for residents. Non smoking Parking is free, the parking lot area is large enough for your vehicles, guests and delivery app orders without needing a badge. All apartment locks are automatic and may be controlled by the RentAgent app for added security. Sub-letters are required to pay an administration fee of $450 for rekeying and reletting support. This community is upscale and extremely clean so tenant's maintenance responsibilities is to keep your living area and those around you. Please clean up after your pets and respect the beautiful amenities available.
