Cow Creek Suite operates under Short Term Rental License No. STR2017-16 issued by the Town of Ridgway and is available each November through April at a special, all-inclusive and fully-furnished rental rate for anywhere from one to six months. All-inclusive means all utilities, town services (water, sewer, weekly trash and recycle pick up) and valuable extras like high-speed and password protected wireless internet from CenturyLink (6Mb/s), HDTV service with "The Hopper" from DishNetwork, and monthly professional housekeeping service. Bed linens and towels are also included as is your own private laundry facility. Enjoy the flexibility of selecting whatever months you'd like to book at rent that equates to $1995.00/month for all six months, $2100/month for rentals of three or more months, and $2,200/month for one or two months. SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT and payment of half the Total Rent as a Reservation Deposit is required within 7 days of booking. Payment of the balance plus the Damage Deposit required 60 days prior to check in date. If booked less than 60 days prior to the check in date there is no Reservation Deposit required and the entire amount is due within 7 days of booking. NO PETS, SMOKING, VAPING, TOBACCO OR CANNABIS: Cow Creek Suites is designed to meet the needs of those with aversions to allergens, chemicals and other toxic substances as well as air-borne irritants such as smoke, vapor, pet dander, tobacco, cannabis and other allergens and is maintained and marketed to be free of these contaminants. Owner has invested heavily in building materials, finishes, air filtration, bedding and cleaning products that enable this hard to find aspect of the property. Accordingly, pets, smoking, vaping, and any forms of tobacco or cannabis (including clothing that smells of tobacco or cannabis) are not permitted anywhere on the property inside or out. To protect all of our guests and our business we have a zero tolerance policy towards violations which will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund as well as prompt removal of occupants from the premises with the reasonable cost of any required and expedited cleaning and sanitization of the property borne by the Primary Occupant. CHECK OUT DATE is firm as Cow Creek Suite is regulated by the Town of Ridgway and marketed as a short term rental property and there will be another party checking in on your check out date.
