There is parking for two cars. The unit also includes complimentary Wi-Fi and in-unit washer and dryer. Please note there is one flight of stairs to enter the condo. Need baby gear during your stay? We partnered with BabyQuip to offer clean, safe and insured baby gear rentals. BabyQuip delivers and sets up the gear for you, and picks it up when you're finished with it. This service allows you to skip all the packing and enjoy your vacation from the moment you arrive. We also have connections to local babysitters and would love to provide recommendations :) Must be 25 years or older to book and must be present during the stay. A rental agreement will be emailed to you and needs to be signed within 48 hours in order to complete the booking. Please note that we do not provide refunds due to inclement weather or natural disasters unless there is a mandatory evacuation. We do suggest that you obtain travel insurance. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony and in the hallways. No smoking of any substance (including vaping) is ever allowed. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the property treated because of the smell of smoke, we will need to hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost, and further penalties may be assessed. Pet Policy: Although we love our furry friends, unfortunately this property is not pet approved per the rules of our HOA. Quiet Time: Although this is a vacation destination, it is home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and right to a peaceful experience. Specifically, between the hours of 10 P.M. and 8 A.M. noise should be kept to a minimum. And by the nature of the condo complex noise can happen due to the high volume of units we unfortunately cannot control the noise of neighbors and other guests. Maintenance Policy: In the event that an issue arises, you must provide access to the property to our maintenance personnel. We will give a heads up if this is necessary, the maintenance team will never show up unannounced unless it's an emergency. Must sign rental agreement upon booking to complete the booking. Security Deposit: A $300 hold is placed on the card on file 2 days prior to the booking and is released 7 days after the booking is completed. Your card is never charged unless there is an issue at checkout. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits. Cleaning fee is $150. Any stays over 21 days will incur an additional cleaning fee of $150.00 Please note that we do not provide refunds due to inclement weather or natural disasters unless there is a mandatory evacuation. We suggest that you obtain travel insurance. We cannot be held responsible if any of the amenities are unavailable as the HOA can do maintenance without our knowledge. However, we will try to make you aware of anything that may be occurring during your stay. Guests who violate the above rules will be removed by security or law enforcement without refund.
