Upper unit in a 4 unit building Walk up the covered stairs to a small covered landing. Enter in the the unit into the kitchen (6'6 x 10'8). Through the kitchen you will find a small hallway with the 1 bedroom (9'11 x 10'10) to the right and the full bath to the left. Ahead you will find the living room (9'11 x 10'10). All utilities are the tenant responsibility and must be able to be in tenants name prior to move in. Applications fee of $25 per person over the age of 18. Applications must be summitted and approved prior to in person showings. Qualifications for unit is 3 times rent in take home income, pass background and credit check, rental history, and must be able to obtain utilities in your name prior to move in. Tenant is responsible for all utilites. No pets, No smoking. On street parking.
