2 Bedroom 1 Bath Apartment Available. This apartment features central air, basement storage, and 1 car garage parking w/an additional parking lot. Appliances include refrigerator and stove. Washer and Dryer are considered as-is and the owner will not repair and/or replace. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. NO smoking inside! Small pets allowed with a $300 non refundable pet fee and $75/pet/month. Our criteria for renting is that your gross monthly income needs to be at least 3 times the rental amount. NO evictions within the last 5 years NO EXCEPTIONS! Once you see the rental and you decide that you would like to rent it then you will need to submit to a credit, background, and eviction check. It's a soft credit check that costs $30 and you will pay that directly online when you submit. The reports will come back as Accept, Low Accept, Conditional, or Deny. This will determine your deposit amount. Accept is equal to 1 month rent, Low Accept is a 1.5 month deposit and Conditional is a double deposit.
