Within walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Incline Village, hiking trails, Hyatt Regency Resort (Restaurants, Shops, Casino), bowling alley, skate park, and the Incline Recreation Center (Indoor pool, Gym/fitness center, basketball courts, tennis courts etc.). Diamond Peak Ski Resort is just up the street and Mt. Rose is a 15 minute drive. The kitchen is brand new and was installed last year. It features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The living room has an enormous television for watching weekend football while enjoying the gas fireplace. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and the kitchen island seats another 4. There is high-speed WiFi for you to work remotely and the back deck has a table with chairs for your morning coffee. There is also a locked storage container on the deck where we would ask you to store your skis and wet gear. HOA does not allow bbq on the decks, but you can use the bbq's in the common area between the buildings. Uncovered parking is available.
