The heart of Old Louisville is Central Park, designed by Frederick Law Olmsted. The unit is located on the 2nd floor, up a small flight of stairs. There are two bedrooms - one with a king size bed, the other with a queen bed. The condo offers two full bathrooms, and a stocked kitchen with everything you need to make the perfect at-home meal. The balcony has plenty of seating and a great view of the neighborhood and trees. Parking is located on either side of the street (2nd Street is a one-way street, running north only) in front of the building. Old Louisville is a walking-friendly neighborhood. TARC buses and the Lou Lift (free bus!) are also available to get you around town. All utilities are included. There is a $100 cleaning fee. Pets are welcome. No smoking allowed.
