Each unit is one floor, and spotless with fresh paint, up to date appliances, tile or new carpets. Each furnished unit has its own theme/furnishings. There are three separate buildings as well: each with its own offerings. In addition, there are assigned private parking spaces, a private secure entrance and a resident management and maintenance team available 24/7. Most of the tenants make it their year round home. Most of the residents are 50 plus empty nesters. We run a tight ship. Quiet, secure, a community supportive to all. Many tenants have been long term residents. Unfurnished units: Years lease.
