EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED in the weekly rent: Heat, electricity, cable, internet, and water. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS AND NO-SMOKING! We require a TWO WEEK MINIMUM, $500 security deposit, as well as the first week's rent upon moving in.
