The unit is part of a four-unit apartment building tucked away on a quiet street with a less than 5-minute drive to the slopes. Close proximity to both Ironwood and Bessemer. The bedroom has a new memory foam queen mattress and bed. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is an eat-in kitchen with all new appliances and beautiful butcher block countertops. Shared washer/dryer in basement. No Pets. No smoking in unit or in close proximity to the property. All utilities are taken care of by Landlord. We are open to one month, six month, or 12 month leases. 12 month leases at $750 per month. Shorter term lease prices will be higher at $1,000 per month. Owner/landlord pays all utilities including water, electricity, heat/cooling, trash, snow removal, and internet. It is a no smoking property and unit. There are no pets allowed. There is off-street parking for 4 vehicles and there is on-street parking available.
