The Rose Garden Senior Living Community in Dyersville Iowa is now open! We are a 55+ community that provide a variety of amenities to our tenants, making life a little more carefree. Our kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Cable TV and internet are also provided and included in your monthly rent. Each apartment has in unit laundry hook-ups in addition to a community laundry room. Each apartment has a patio or deck to enjoy the fresh air. Majority of utilities are included in your monthly rent- heat, water, trash, and sewer. The tenant is responsible for their own electric bill. Each apartment comes with one heated garage parking space and a storage unit. You will love having 24/7 access to our fitness room, or scheduling your hairdresser to come to you. Our community room is always open for you to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cards. We will have weekly events such as potlucks, entertainment, activities, etc. to allow everyone to get to know one another and enjoy themselves. The community room is also available for reservation if you would like to celebrate a holiday, birthday, or just a get together for fun.
