Thanks for your interest in our rustic condo (with high technology) in Mammoth Lakes, California (4-5 hours north of LA or Vegas, 3 hours south of Reno, 45 minutes from Yosemite's East Entrance and 2.5 hours from Yosemite Village). My wife and I mostly use it in the winter for skiing. The weather is really great and it is such a beautiful place to be in the summer with clean, crisp air, 300+ sunny days per year, and clean water. Leases out from seasonally from August - November or December. ONLY SHARED RENTALS FROM MID-NOVEMBER UNTIL THE END OF JUNE. This condo is located in the center of town so there many are restaurants and stores within walking distance -- many less than one block away! Within 1 block of the free shuttle service that goes all around town every 15 minutes or so. We are a half mile from the ranger station/Mammoth visitors center and located less than 1 block away from the free Town Trolley, the Red Line Shuttle, and Yosemite/YARTS public bus stop. We are 2 1/2 blocks away from the ESTA bus to Reno, Bishop, and Los Angeles. Many lakes and mountains are in the area. The town has bike paths within a couple blocks of the condo. Free shuttles, 1 block away, service the Upper Lakes Basin, Mammoth Mountain Biking/Hiking/Adventure Center and Devil's Postpile/Red's Meadow Resort/Pack Outfit. Within 1-2 blocks, there are ample restaurants, grocery stores, outlet stores, drug/hardware stores, dispensaries, gift shops, bars, sport shops and other businesses. All utilities included ! (FREE Electricity, Water, Internet, Cable TV, VOIP Phone) We offer Free parking in our lot (for up to 2 vehicles) throughout the duration of your stay. We recently updated the flooring on the entire lower level, purchased a new refrigerator and modern toilets. We have also installed large LG Smart TVs in the master bedroom and in the living room to enhance the surround audio system. The balcony has a full-size propane grill, a table and 3 chairs to enjoy the summer with views of the Sherwin Mountain range. Complex JACUZZI, POOL, SAUNA and coin Laundry are open every day! If you book our place, I also include a bunch of coupons for discounts on food and activities as well as coupon booklets I stock in the unit. We hope you enjoy these upgrades! Compared to other similar properties in the area, you will find that this is a great value! Fully Furnished with 5 beds: Owner pays for Electricity, Water, Sewer, Cable TV, WI-FI Internet, VOIP telephone service, HOA dues and Property taxes.
