It has great views of the trees and greenery down below, a new mini split HVAC system with thermostat control in every room, and free internet. This one level unit has a dining area and a kitchen with all the appliances you need. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the grocery store. The waterfront park and train station are nearby, but not walking distance. Free WIFI, Free Laundry access, cookware, TV, dishes and utensils, all furniture included. Minimum stay is 30 days or $1950/month with one month security of $1950 plus cleaning fee and or pet fee. Security cameras onsite. 24/7 locked entrance. Small dogs upto 20 lbs allowed with an additional $200 non refundable cleaning fee. There is a $150 non refundable cleaning fee for 3 months term and under and $275 non refundable cleaning fee for any time over 90 days. You supply the linens and you must leave the mattress protectors on the mattresses. Smoking is only allowed in rear of building parking lot away from the building. Immediately report damages or needed repairs to us. Minor maintenance up to $10.00 per month is the responsibility of the Tenant. For example: light bulbs, testing and replacing smoke/carbon monoxide detector batteries, etc. The HVAC filter will be periodically checked by landlord. Tenant is responsible for contacting and coordinating repairs to the unit. Tenant will incur first 10% in expenses, landlord will be responsible for additional expenses. Individual repairs of $600+ must be cleared with landlord first. Tenant can contract with landlord to pay at time of services or landlord can reimburse tenant with proof of receipt. After 3 or more paid repairs during the course of the tenant's rental period, tenant must clear all subsequent repairs with landlord. Tenant is required to complete the Zillow tenant screening. Other providers of tenant screening may not be accepted.
