This 2013 house is ready to be your next home! Located in Pleasant Terrace MHP, you'll enjoy your community as much as the home. With updated flooring, a nice open concept between the kitchen and living room as well as a nice deck to enjoy, you'll be happy you joined our community. We do have a playground located within our community and just across the street from this home making it a great place to let the kids burn off some energy. All tenants in the community do have to be approved by management prior to moving in. It is a background and credit check. Pets are permitted but have to be met by management. Pet deposit is $300 and pet rent is $15/mo per pet with a limit of 2 per home. All pets must have up to date vaccinations. 12 month lease. Smoking is NOT permitted within our homes. 2 off street parking spots are available per household. ALL utilities are the tenants responsibility and NOT included in the rental price.
