The Willows at Rudy Park is a new mixed-income rental community. As part of a collaboration with the Elkton Housing Authority and the Maryland DHCD, Ingerman has constructed a new community on the 7 acre site that offers 68 rentals across 8 buildings. Additionally, there is a community building with management offices and a resident lounge, a playground and ample parking spaces. The apartments feature a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, all with private entrances, fully-equipped kitchens, plank flooring, washers and dryers, and energy efficient appliances and finishes. There is a mix of affordable rental options as part of the LIHTC, PWD and PBV programs, as well as unrestricted market rates to accommodate a wide-range of household types. Located at the intersection of Route 279 and 213, the community is less than a mile from downtown Elkton, Maryland and is convenient to local retail, dining, and academic institutions, with several schools within walking distance. There is a transit stop at the entrance. Cecil Transit's Elkton-Newark and Glasgow lines serve the area.
