A maximum 1 small dog (under 50 lbs) allowed. This property consists of: A comfortable, private 1 bedroom apartment, in a peaceful, quiet and safe area. It includes a full bathroom, spacious living room area, ample storage space, LG Smart Washer/Dryer, High-speed WiFi/ internet, Firestick TV, and a Kitchenette that includes: large fridge, microwave coffee maker, toaster oven, rice maker, plates, and utensils. Grocery stores (0.5): Safeway & Weis Markets Restaurants (0.5 miles) : Starbucks, Music cafe, Quincy's bar and grille, Hornets nest grille, Tom and rays, Brazil gourmet pizzeria and grill and much more.
