The master bedroom is on the upper floor, furnished with a queen bed, walk-in closet, flat screen tv, and an 1/2 bath ensuite. Both bathrooms are on the main floor. Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other (bunk room) has a twin over twin bunk bed. Also includes: Living room Sofa Flat screen TV with streaming availability and DVD player Walk-out the lower level down to the lake. Combined with the lower-level walk out basement there is 1500 sq feet Reeths-Puffer Schools Muskegon County Plows Lakeshore Road Not far from downtown Muskegon, Fremont & Muskegon Hospitals This is a non-smoking home. Renter is responsible for gas, electricity, cable/internet, and waste. Owner will pay for water softener service and salt. Small dogs allowed (up to 20 lbs) Hot Tub is not available with the lease. Lessee will need to provide their own towels and linens. Lease strictly ends on April 30th, 2024. Our vacation rentals begins on May 1st. Days of showings are based on availability from our season guests and realtor. No showings without a filled-out application. Home must be returned back in ready to rent condition.
