We have a nice upstairs apartment located a few blocks away from the Mayo Clinic. The apartment can be furnished or unfurnished. The price doesn't change either way. It has a big living room, open kitchen, and bedroom. We pay for all the utilities which includes Satellite TV and WiFi internet. Parking is on the street which requires a parking permit from the City of Rochester. There is coin operated laundry on the block behind our main apartment building. We offer long and short term leases. With a short lease lease, a 7 day notice is required to vacate the apartment. This is pet friendly apartment and we limit to two pets (no aggressive breeds of dogs). There is no application fee and can be filled out at our website or in our office. Utilities Included: Electric, Gas, Heat, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Satellite TV, and WiFi.
