You can park 2 regular cars end to end. The main floor is an open concept kitchen and living space with a nice half bath with full-size washer and dryer. All the kitchen appliances are stainless. You have generous size frig with an ice maker, smooth top self-cleaning stove, microwave, dishwasher, and tile back splash. The floors are either wonderful warm bamboo or tile. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, crockpot, blender, baking supplies and other essentials. We even include spices and a first aid kit! We have beach towels, folding chairs and picnic baskets and coolers for the beach or the park! Forsyth Park is close, and Tybee Beach is about a 25-minute drive. Located in lane, TOTALLY separate from the main house. There are 2 equal size bedrooms with Walk-in closets! There is additional storage off the bath and a pantry in the kitchen with many cabinets. The bedrooms have high-end queen-size mattresses, and all the linens supplied as well. The house has large windows and lights and is bright and cheery. A bonus is the new windows and spray foam help keep things quieter too. The area is well lit, and the owner added extra lighting to the building. There are two desk areas to work from home or for studies. I prefer a long-term yearly tenant, (This is the yearly rate) shorter terms may be considered with additional fees, this is not a short-term vacation rental. We do not rent for terms under 6 months. We are quiet and respectful people and are looking for the same. You can walk to so many places downtown. Forsyth Park, Kroger's, Brighter Day Health-food store, restaurants (The Vault, Elizabeth's and other eating establishments, are really close!), coffee shops, bars and much more. We are a short walk to many SCAD buildings including Arnold Hall, and city and SCAD buses. We are an easy commute to the base and medical establishments. We are also a short walk or short ride to downtown businesses. (Free shuttle to downtown) We are also an excellent choice for Gulfstream employees that want to live downtown or movie executives (203 E 31st Lane) This is a NON SMOKING and PET FREE space. There are NO exceptions, sorry. I like pets but have had too many bad experiences in my renovated units. The security deposit is $1900.00. The application fee is $40.
