There is a central forced air HVAC system in the house, which provides AC or heat to each bedroom, each bathroom, the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electrical oven/range, mini oven, toaster, and washer and dryer. The kitchen is light filled by two skylights in the roof. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with the dining table and chairs. Down from the dining area is the living room with wood burning fireplace, couch, and a wonderful view of the woods. There is a smart TV with Apple TV so you can connect your phone. There is also a spacious sunroom, which has a foldable couch. Down the hallway there is a bathroom and three bedrooms. Master bedroom has one queen size bed, two large closets, and own bathroom. Second bedroom has 1 twin size bed and 1 bunk bed, and a spacious closet as well. Third bedroom has two twin size beds and a large closet.
