The Famous Cabin is chock-full of high-end finishes. Gather around two gas fireplaces to thaw after a day on the slopes. Prepare meals in the custom kitchen, w/ marble countertops, professional-grade appliances, and a handmade farmhouse sink. All 4 bathrooms feature artisan copper sinks and marble/travertine finishes.Each of the 4 bedrooms and loft has its own HDTV. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor; w/ a queen bed in one, and a twin-over-full bunk bed in the other. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, each w/ a plush queen bed. An additional sleeping space is located in the entertainment loft, featuring 2 queen-sized beds. Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. Lease Terms: Maximum 120 day rental. Occupant must agree to rental terms and sign Lease agreement. Occupant must provide valid credit card, ID, and agree to credit check. Occupants must abide by rules for vacation rentals as outlined in Lease agreement. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside or on the property. Owner pays utilities, water, and garbage service. Fees will include housekeeping every 15 days. Rent, cleaning and fees are not taxed. For cancellations more than 60 days prior to check in, rent and security deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations within 60 days of check in, security deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded. Rent will be forfeited. If the occupant chooses to bring a pet, a daily pet fee is added to rent. A $1000 security deposit is required for every 30 day increment. Renter's insurance is recommended. Maximum 120 day rental. Occupant must agree to rental terms and sign Lease agreement.
