*Available for Dec-Feb only* This five bedroom, three bathroom house boasts four queen beds and one twin over full bunkbed which allows plenty of sleeping options for the whole group. There is parking for comfortably two vehicles at the property. If you need to park additional vehicles and/or trailers, there is overflow parking at either of the two community pools at the Tan-Tar-A Estates; this parking is free to use. The 1950s diner-themed kitchen is open to the dining room and living room so it is great for entertainment. The kitchen comes fully stocked and includes plates, silverware, retro diner cups, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, etc. There are also cooking pots and pans, a medium sized crockpot, skillet, old fashioned milkshake maker, waffle maker, regular coffee pot and Keurig for your use. Off the living room there is a dry bar and working authentic Coca-Cola cooler so there are plenty of cups and storage for whatever supplies you want to bring. The living room has seating options and a 60" TCL smart TV. We have both local cable and app access via the smart TV. Our WiFi is suitable for laptop use if working away from home. Looking to unwind? If so, then turn on the bluetooth enabled Jukebox and play a game of pool or bust out the card games and let the fun begin! Each bedroom has individually controlled heating/cooling for your personal needs. Enjoy sleeping in with all new bed sheets and goose feather down comforters supplied for the queen beds. The younger family members get to snuggle up with quilt sheets for the bunk beds. There is one bed and bath on the main living floor and 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Our bathrooms have a throwback theme but modern upgrades including heated floors during the cooler months. A washer and dryer is supplied for you. There is a 5k walking trail around the estates as well. Our family enjoys grabbing a cup of coffee and walking around the neighborhood and viewing the homes. Not a single home looks the same here!
