This Multi Level, three story cabin, located in Piney Creek, NC, boasts of wrap around porches on the first and second floors to enjoy the North Carolina and Virginia Mountain and Valley views. Stairs from the decks lead to the outdoor Pavilion, which houses an outside kitchen, equipped with a huge gas grill, fridge and sink. You will view with wonder the beautiful mountain views, while enjoying the crisp mountain air. Utilities Cost are paid for by Landlord. (Water, Internet, Electric) Propane (needed for heat and furnaces) to be paid for by Renter. No Pets. No Smoking in the Cabin. 2450.00 per month, due on 1st of each month, and 1500.00 Security Deposit (to be returned if not needed to bring propane tank up to same level as before move-in.
