Each bedroom has a closet while the primary bedroom has a quaint half bathroom. The shared bathroom has a double-door vanity, medicine cabinet, and features a tub/shower combination. Head downstairs to the lower level featuring another fireplace and built-in shelving. This is a perfect room for a den, mancave, or game room. A full bathroom is also on this level with a walk-in shower. The laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. This home is pet friendly for dogs only, so bring your furry friend along!
