Come stay at our lovely cottage. Located on a lake in the Irish Hills. The lake is very private but allows motorsports. Plenty of room for yard games and a camp fire at our fire pit. Three docks with a place to tie your boat down if needed. Our home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master is located on the main floor with the two other bedrooms separate upstairs. Enjoy the rustic lake setting with the house utilizing well water. Best place to relax is the rear deck overlooking the lake. Looking for a ~9 month lease. Tenant pays for utilities. First and last months rent due at signing.
