This home is located on the Atlantic Ocean side of Ramrod Key at Mile Marker 27, in Breezeswept Beach Estates, in an upscale and quiet neighborhood. The home is also situated near Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary, Great White Heron National Wildlife Refuge, and National Key Deer refuge. Experience a slice of paradise. This is a non-smoking home on a quiet canal with direct access to open water that leads into the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico. The interior of this home is light and bright with a large dining room, living room and an open kitchen area. There are white tile floors, central air, and ceiling fans throughout the home offering total comfort. The home has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and cooking utensils. Linens are also provided, along with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A flat screen TV in main living area, cable TV, and Wifi internet service give this vacation rental all the comforts of home. The two sets of sliding doors of the dining and living area open onto a large screened in porch with ample seating and dining possibilities overlooking lush tropical landscaping and a private dock with quiet canal and natural mangroves for privacy. From the screened in porch you can enjoy the cool breezes and spectacular sunset. Plenty of room for covered parking, RV and a boat trailer. This house can sleep 4 adults comfortably. But if you are looking to cram 5 or more adults into the house then this is not the house for you. We prefer to rent by the month to responsible adults. This is a short-term rental (3 month minimum).
