You have just dropped anchor at Pirate's Paradise! This jewel has open water views sitting directly on the Atlantic Ocean overlooking Pine Channel. Pirate's Paradise is a large two story, three bed, and two bath home. The upper level has two bedrooms and one bath with the master suite having an oversized walk in closet. The bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub for relaxing in after a day out on the boat. The main level has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen, dining room and a large living area. Also there is a bonus room with a full bed, TV, and stair climber. This level is surrounded with huge windows and sliding glass doors. This level also takes you out to a large deck where you can grill on the Weber BBQ grill or relax with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise or sip on your favorite cocktail. The ground level has a shaded screened in area where you can sit, enjoy and dive into your favorite book. You could also take a short stroll to the dock where you could relax and just breath in the salt life or jump in your boat and cruise around the islands. This house is a real treasure so whatever you decide to do you will be sure to enjoy Pirate's Paradise. PETS... This is pet friendly. There will be a $150 nonrefundable pet fee. CONCIERGE SERVICES... We are partnered with a fabulous concierge service that can assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival! Guests are only allowed to check-in on premises between 4:00 P.M. and 11:00 P.M. This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. The renter will be asked to send a photo of their drivers license upon booking. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable Security Deposit of $1500 will be collected at time of booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. $150 Pet Fee.
