This is a lakefront summer cottage that is rented by the week or weekend only from May to October. (The price quoted is for one week. The web site does not give the option of stating the price for a week.) There are only three weeks left for the summer months as well as two weeks in September 2024. Call now to make a reservation. We require a 50% deposit but you have until March 1 to cancel for a full refund. It is located in the Sandy Bottom Bay area at the northern end of Lake Chautauqua. It boasts 180 ft. of private lakefront with a long private dock. It is in an area of large, summer residences - a very peaceful setting. It is completely furnished with everything you will need for your short stay. Please call if interested and I will send you a video of the property via email. This lakefront cottage is rented only during the summer months. Owner pays for utilities including WiFi and cable.
