This cabin will be available again starting January 5th. It comes fully furnished with all utilities of electric, water, garbage and internet included. No need to even hassle with putting them in your name. I will rent it anywhere from 3 months to a year. The location is halfway in between Seaside and Cannon Beach on a 4 acre wooded setting with a creek and a pond. The house sits a half mile off of the main highway so you don't hear the traffic noise. There are 3 separate bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a king bed, another bedroom has a queen and the 3rd has a queen and a full. I can remove one the the beds if you want. It is fully furnished with everything that you would need including a large capacity washer and dryer. For your entertainment there is a 55 inch smart TV with over 100 DVD movies, board games, cornhole boards for the deck, a firepit and a large propane barbecue. The deck also has adirondack chairs, 2 chaise lounges and a picnic table. Cell service is great and the internet is fast. There is one large bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The large deck is on the south (sunny) side where you will get the sun from sunup until sundown. There are also cafe lights strung on the deck for night lighting, they are set on a timer and be set at any length of time from dusk to dawn. The kitchen has everything you would possibly need and bedding and towels are also provided unless you want to use your own. The house is dog friendly but the yard is not fenced at this time. For a longer term renter I would be willing to set up a kennel. This house is available again starting January 5th, 2024. All utilities of water, electric, garbage and internet are included in the rent. I will do anywhere between 3 months to a year lease. I was hoping to find a short term renter so that I could possibly start renting again as a vacation rental next summer. I can show the house again on December 12th and December 19th.
