SHORT TERM RENTAL 4 month winter rental (19 weeks) (December 4, 2023 - April 14, 2024) (exact dates are negotiable & flexible) *$575 per week plus $2,000 security deposit (everything included) Includes: (see footnotes) *Heat (propane) with wood stove for supplemental heat. *Electric. Snow Blowing Driveway (paved driveway is fairly steep - recommend AWD vehicle). Trash service and pick up. High Speed Internet Service for web browsing and streaming video. Use of all furnishings including Kawai Baby Grand Piano in Loft. *1 full cord of wood. Daily mail delivery at the residence. *All money due under this "Contract for Occupancy" including security deposit will be due up front and payable at Contract signing. *Propane/heat will be capped at 400 gallons (80% of 500 gallon tank) If usage exceeds 400 gallons, you will be charged for the overage. *Electric will be capped at $75 monthly. If usage exceeds $75 per month, you will pay the overage. *1 cord of seasoned wood will be provided. If usage exceeds 1 cord, you are free to purchase more seasoned wood at your own expense.
