It's also NOT a long term rental - 12 months or more. It's a "mid-term" option for anyone desiring a 30 day stay or longer. We keep a WAIT LIST for all months as renters/tenants may need to change plans. The interior layout, designed by TVA Architects of Portland, is open while still intimate. Two bedrooms feature brand new queen size beds, new carpeting and plenty of storage. Main living area is dynamite and has terrific flow - it's one big great room with great light and views to the golf course in the back yard. Brand new Smart ROKU TV's are in living area and main bedroom with YouTube TV. You also have your own private backyard complete with modern patio furniture, fire pit, Weber grills (charcoal & electric) and golf course views. As you sit down for an evening cocktail on the back patio you can hear the ocean in the background. Finally, the location! Just a block to Laneda Avenue with boutique shops, banks, galleries, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, wine & whiskey bars, post office, library, spa ... you name it.
