This FURNISHED cabin is perfect for the person who wants to disconnect and enjoy nature. It is situated on 80 gorgeous acres in Northern Albemarle County and very convenient to NGIC, Emerson, and UVA North Research Park. The cozy cabin comfortably sleeps 3-4 people with one king-size bed in the loft and a twin over full bunkbed in the main floor bedroom. The kitchen is freshly remodeled and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The cabin includes a screened porch for you to enjoy your morning coffee as you observe the abundant wildlife. A full-size washer and dryer is located in the basement as well as space for storage. Includes one covered carport. Private hiking/biking trails are right outside your door. We live on the property but the cabin is far enough away to offer plenty of privacy. The cabin has fiber optic internet. Although there is no cable TV, the outdoor antenna seems to pick up most of the local stations. Rent includes water, trash, fiber-optic internet, septic, and electricity. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Preferred contract length is 30 days to three months. Shorter stays are possible but tenant will be changed transient occupancy taxes for any stay less than 30 days (5% in Albemarle County.) $2075 refundable damage deposit required plus additional $400 refundable deposit for each pet.
