The house is a three bedroom (sleeps 8), two bath, new construction home spread over three floors. Features include wood floors, in-floor heating, expansive windows and natural light, smart thermostat and locks, electric vehicle charging hook-up, and top-end stainless steel appliances. The ground floor includes two bedrooms (with king-sized beds) a bunkroom (with four beds), two full baths, a game room, and sauna. The main floor has an open plan kitchen, pantry, great room with fireplace, and a media room / library with smart television and Sonos speakers. A loft provides a study space and kids play area. The house has two deck areas and an outdoor firepit. There is access to the Cascade Ranch pool, boat house, and trash services. Periodic cleaning is available, and landscape maintenance is included.
