The home is fully furnished with comfortable beds, a spacious kitchen with all the tools and utensils you need to prepare a delicious meal at home. A large living room gives you the space to entertain guests with plenty of room on the large front porch for fresh air seating. Renter pays all utilities, lawn maintenance and general maintenance. There is garbage pickup by pulling the bins to the road. Renter also agrees to have the home professionally cleaned at the end of the lease. 1 year minimum lease. Good parking. No smoking. Cats and small dogs are allowed with $500 non-refundable pet deposit.
