Could be a 5 bedroom depending on how you utilize the rooms. This unit has been recently remodeled to open up the kitchen/dining/living areas. The main bathroom/laundry area has been moved from the basement to the main level. A secondary bathroom still remains in the basement. Kitchen has stove and fridge furnished. House has a large open sun porch, with large mature trees with a very small fenced yard. You pay all utilities. Pet deposit is $500 plus $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
